Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used vape devices
- Opened e-liquids or pods
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
